Shipping Methods
We primarily use Royal Mail for shipping within the UK. Here are the available shipping options:
Standard Delivery (2nd Class):

Tracked Delivery (1st Class):
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days
- Cost: £7.00 per order
Special Delivery Guaranteed:
- Next-day delivery (including Saturdays)
- Cost: £11.99 per order
Order Processing Time
We strive to process orders promptly. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
International Shipping
For international orders, we offer the following options:
International Standard:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the chosen shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Our return policy covers the following scenarios:
- Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t function as intended, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Distance Selling: For online, mail, and telephone orders, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if they are not faulty. We’ll provide a refund upon cancellation.
- Personalized and Custom-Made Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made items (e.g., bespoke curtains).
- Perishable Items: Items like frozen food or flowers are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
- Unwrapped CDs, DVDs, and Software: Once unwrapped, these items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
2. Return Process
a. Initiate the Return
- Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving their goods if they wish to cancel their order.
- After notifying us, they have an additional 14 days to return the items.
b. Refund Procedure
- Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days.
- No reason is required for cancellation; customers can simply change their minds.
3. Repairs and Replacements
- If an item is accepted by the customer but later develops a fault, we may repair or replace it.
- Customers can still reject the item even after repair or replacement.
- Within 6 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace items unless we can prove they were not faulty at the time of purchase.
- After 6 months, customers can request a repair or replacement, but they must demonstrate the item’s initial fault.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
- Regardless of warranties or guarantees, customers have the right to free repairs or replacements.
- We honor this right even if their warranty or guarantee has expired.
5. Proof of Purchase
- Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt, bank statement, or packaging).
6. Items Returned by Someone Else
- We accept returns only from the original buyer.
7. Penalties for Misleading Notices
- Displaying misleading notices about returns or refunds is illegal.
